21 Cabernet Sauvignon and Stuffing Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1Tbsp Ground Sage
- 1 tsp dried Thyme
- 1 tsp chopped dried Rosemary
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp ground black pepper

- 1 loaf French Bread cut into 1” cubes
- 10 Tbsp Butter
- 1 C diced Onion
- 1 C diced Celery
- 1 C diced Zucchini
- 3/4 C chopped Italian Parsley
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh Sage
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh Thyme leaves
- 3 minced Garlic Cloves
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 large Eggs
- 1-1/4 C Chicken Broth

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Place cubed bread on rimmed baking sheet and bake 15ish minutes until toasty and dry.
- Thoroughly mix dried seasonings into ground turkey and brown meat in a sauté pan.
- Remove browned turkey from pan and set aside.
- Melt butter in sauté pan and add celery, zucchini, parsely, sage, thyme and garlic and cook until celery is almost tender.
- Keep oven at 375°F and grease muffin tin with butter or lime with parchment squares.
- Mix dried bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, browned turkey meat in a large bowl.
- Whisk eggs and broth together and add to bread mixture turning until fully incorporated.
- Scoop 1/2 cup stuffing mixture into each muffin well and bake 30 - 35 minutes.
